Open Question: moisturize with retin a micro 0.04%?
do i moisturize my face while using retin a micro? will using moisturizer cause me to get oily skin and make acne worse? will the retin a be less effective if i use moisturizer right before retin a? my face is oily on my forehead but yet VERY dry on my cheeks/chin/neck area and in these areas i get red spots, not acne, but red spots. i use cetaphil daily facial cleanser in the morning when i wake up and at night before i go to bed w/ retin a micro.
